« Ian was fantastic, he is a super host. Before my arrival and after a significant rain, the basement of the condo was flooded. Ian had great communication to let me know and acted quickly to secure another condo for us. We arrived Sept 25, 2023, and stayed three nights. I was asked multiple times by Ian and the other property owner if everything was okay, if we needed anything, etc. I didn’t want to complain due to our situation, but the condo we stayed in was definitely more of a frat/party...

« We were told on the phone we would be in house 5 but were put in 106. While the house was clean, it was very outdated. It smelled musty and it was uncomfortable to see a mousetrap in the kitchen. It had broken window blinds and screen (windows had no curtains so light came in through broken slats). It was disappointing to drive through the complex (which was very nice) and realize we were given a lower quality unit. »
