"The whole property was very well kept. Acres of gardens were well maintained. All the staff were very busy all the time keeping the grounds neat and tidy. The breakfast staff were excellent remembering your coffee and tea orders every morning. They were always polite and helpful as were all the staff at the Resort. Nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend this Hotel to family and friends."

"Wonderful property with huge rooms. Lots of hill climbing to get to places but can easily ring reception and they will send someone to pick you up Staff were so accommodating and helpful..except maybe the lady that checked my room on departure. I felt like i was in prison and she was doing a search for contraband lol Both restaurants were great especially the Thai one Pools were lovely and very clean Is walking distance to town but you will work up a bit ofa sweat ;)"

"I can not recommend this hotel enough. Great location but enough removed from main strip that its quiet. 7 min walk to beach, 10 min walk to night markets and shopping centres. Staff were also amazing. I fell ill and they were great and assisted and catered to my requirements. "

"This hotel is awesome. The employees are very friendly and helpful. The moment you step into the hotel, you will already feel the warm welcome and the friendliness of the people. The receptionist, Mai, checked us in, and Yee helped us with our luggage with a smile on their face. We had to change our check-out schedule, and Salmon helped us fix it with the transportation company that would pick us up. Aumi, the hotel manager showed us around the pool and other amenities being offered by the hotel. Thanks also to Tang. "

"We had an amazing stay at Avista Grande Phuket Karon for a very special occasion – my girlfriend’s birthday. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make it memorable. They upgraded our room to one with a private jacuzzi, beautifully decorated the room for the celebration, and even surprised us with a complimentary cake. 💖 The breakfast was simply the best and most complete I’ve ever experienced at a hotel – from freshly squeezed juice stations where you can make your own juice, to an excellent omelet bar and so many options to choose from. The mountain-view sunrise from our room was breathtaking, and in the evening it’s just a short walk to the public beach to enjoy a gorgeous sunset. The pool area was very nice, the cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and every staff member we met was incredibly friendly and attentive. If I had to mention one downside, it would be that the hotel doesn’t have a private beach and the dinner options could be a bit more diverse. But honestly, with everything else being so perfect, those things hardly matter. Highly recommended for couples or anyone looking for a truly memorable experience in Phuket. 🌅✨"

"Great vacation spot."

"We loved everything about this property, from the amenties to the food. It is a huge complex with three pools, and 5 restaurants to choose from. The staff are friendly and the facility is beautiful. The beach is nice, but the time we went it was rough so we did not swim in it. Instead, we got to explore the reef during low tide and see the fish and other marine life. There is a free shuttle to Patong which makes it very convienent. We can't wait to go back again one day!"

"The room was spacious, there was a single and a queen size bed ( the big bed had a bit of a dip in it where most people would recline to watch tv (me too), so for sleeping I moved to the middle of the bed - that was my only quibble sitting the week I was there. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the woman who made up my room (even though I'm not a tipper I did this time). Charm Resort is a great location- over the road from the beach and a short walk to shops and eating places. If you need a bike (scooter) to get around the island on you could try MrJack who is such a nice bloke and his missus makes a great coffee contact them on +66890443035"
