They have extremely friendly host who helped out on our first trip to Penang by introducing us the area around, which saved us the time to figure out what to look out for(eg. stall operating hours, traveling time, mode of transport etc). It was unforgettable that the host even offered to fetch us to our destination around that area early in the wee hours since it is hard to grab a transport at that time."

"I had a good stay at Tido's. Highlights have definitely been the easy-going reception staff as well the lovely common area on the top floor. I would recommend anyone visiting Penang to stay here. It's centrally located and has a 24 hour reception. The staff are accommodating and the area itself is convenient. The only wish for improvement is for the toilets and bathrooms to be cleaned daily. But in general the hostel is well kept :)"

"Lovely quiet guesthouse in heritage building. Inside the UNESCO zone, steps to all of the major food spots and historic landmarks. Friendly staff and very clean!"

He even prepared me a tea in the morning, explained how to explore George Town in a day (coz I was there for one day only), even help me sorted with my lost baggage issues.
