"The Papaya House is exactly as advertised! The private beach/ocean for the house is SURREAL! We had a 3 & 5 yr old with us, so the small private beach was perfect. The house has a small sand area off to the side of the patio where the kids could still play, when we didn’t want to be down at the beach. ..."
