« We rented the house for the weekend and to host a surprise birthday party. We had the party right at the beach and the host/concierge were able to help us with everything we needed. They really went out of their way for us, and it made a huge difference in the party’s success! Plus, you can’t beat the view and the Chesapeake Bay sunsets !! »

« We very much enjoyed our stay, relishing the peace and quiet of the property as an offset to our busy wedding week. The house was spacious and well outfitted, and we all enjoyed downtime in the pool. Glen was very helpful at answering all of our questions. « We were on Kent Island for a family reunion. This property comfortably accommodated our group of 6 adults and 4 children ages 10-16 (3 families). The bedrooms were large enough and spread out enough to allow for privacy and quiet spots. The volleyball court was a big hit with everyone. There were many games and additional game equipment available. Great weekend. Thank you. This is a second rental we have made with Donna and will be back again. »

« We had a wonderful stay at this great property, while in town for my niece’s wedding. The location on the water is perfect, and the house was clean and well thought out. A well stocked kitchen, plenty of seating, and lots of little extras you don’t often find in a rental home. It is obvious that the owners put a lot of thought and care into their property. Our only suggestion would be to remove the loose boards with rusty nails down by the little beach area…this would have been a dangerous...
