"I haven't checked out yet, but so far the hotel has been amazing. The staff are friendly and helpful; the room is large, clean, and comfortable; the bath is big and the shower pressure is strong. The bathroom looks much nicer than the standard tiny unit one most hotels have. They offer plenty of amenities at check in, and have a range of items available for free loans if you need them, e.g. phone chargers. I will definitely be visiting Alpha-1 again. "The location is great, close to the Kurashiki Bikan Historical Quarter. We stayed for two nights as a family of four, but it was disappointing that there was no towel replacement. It would be nice if extra towels were available in the room or placed in the hallway for guests to use."

"施設内の古さは否めませんが、それでも清掃は行き届いていて、周辺にもコンビニやパーキングなど駅前ですのでトータルしてとても快適に過ごせました。また、美観地区が目の前ですので、前泊して宿泊後モーニングからまわるのがオススメかなと思います。 朝食に関して、朝イチだと混まないだろうと思いきや朝からフロントまでの長蛇にビックリました。。ですが回転の早さもあり、座れないというトラブルはなかったです。朝食も美味しかったです!!"
