« My husband and I had a wonderful time staying in the Beach Villas on gorgeous Captiva Island! The staff was great to work with and answered questions quickly. The only thing I would suggest is that the administration rewrite the description of the property to explain the washer and dryer are shared with the community and not inside the unit. The way it is currently described implies it is inside the villa. »

« Our stay was very enjoyable despite a couple big setbacks. Condo was decorated very nicely, with the exception of a stained bathtub. The condo was clean with the exception of a fair amount of sand in the living room. Since this is a beach condo, it was not the end of the world. Location was terrific. Everything we could possible need was less than a 5 minute drive away. We loved the screened-in porch from which we watched the sunset over the water each night. WiFi was glitchy, so watching TV was...

« We enjoyed everything about the place. We would definitely come back and stay here again. It’s a piece of paradise. Easy walking distance to the restaurants and beach. Its such a beautiful, high end place so in keeping with that theme my only recommendation is to replace the frying pan, as it was all scratched and maybe upgrade a couple of the beach towels (they were very thin and scratchy). »

« The property we originally rented was not available due to "roof repair" and we were notified about a month before the trip. While this was not ideal, Kingfisher offered money back, same rental next year or alternate property. We chose the latter and were given a great deal. The Baywatch Casa house was huge, overlooking Roosevelt channel with its own dock and kayaks, and its own outdoor saltwater pool. The large screened in porch and deck area which connected to both the kitchen and living room...
