« This is a good place to experience old Savannah and the neighborhood is safe and charming. Easy walk to cafe’s, parks and shopping. The stairs are a little steep up to the bedrooms so maybe not good for anyone feeling unsure of their balance etc but the bathroom is bright, water pressure and water quality is lovely and you can darken the bedroom to sleep in. Overall it was a nice getaway and would return. »

« This property was good for mine and my boyfriend’s trip to Savannah, but there were for sure some downsides. Highs: perfect size for two adults, no-contact check-in, body care items provided, washer/dryer, full-sized kitchen, fair price, quiet. Lows: contact with the host was very poor and we didn’t receive the check-in information until less than 20 hours prior to our stay, no comforter (only had a fitted sheet and thin top sheet) and missing a pillow case on the bed so it was difficult to...

« Beautiful home with awesome hosts! The hot tub was great, the beds were comfortable, as was the entire home. A short drive to downtown Savannah and we enjoyed our stay very much. We could have used more towels, (at least two per person) but it was a minor inconvenience. »

« Priced fairly since the location is in the historical district please read on… Cockroaches present, upstairs tv not functional, description needs mentioning there are numerous stairs to climb should be in description. There was a shortage of small pans in the kitchen. TV programming service extremely poor. The strong point of the property is its location. »

« The property is very nice, clean, well maintained, up to date. Very pleased. There were pool issues so we were disappointed that we could not get the pool clean enough to swim in it. There was some inclement weather but we believe the pool filter was not working as efficiently as it should. Overall, please with property if you don’t care about having a pool. »

« This house was great for our needs - we had 8 adults and 5 kids and never felt cramped. The proximity to the beach was great - just a couple minutes, if that, from the door to the sand. We loved being able to walk to the store up the road to grab what we needed and to be able to walk to a lot in general. The screened in porch was perfect to catch all the beach stuff so the house never felt too messy. »

« Great location in a very walkable neighborhood. Close to local coffee shops & a large Kroger grocery store. There were multiple cockroaches around the house (entryway & in each bedroom). Albeit they were dead, it was still clear that the floors had not been swept. Overall, would recommend this to large groups/families. All appliances were in working condition & aside from the cockroaches (which it is an older house so somewhat expected) everything was clean. »

« My cousins and I had a wonderful stay at the Parsonage at Forsyth!! Its a beautiful house, very comfortable, plenty of space and we loved sitting on the front porch. We also took advantage of the pool on Tybee Island for one day. It was also very nice, plenty of chairs and places to sit, very relaxing. I would definitely recommend staying here and hope to visit in the future :). »

« My sister and I stayed at this cute cottage on our recent visit to Savannah. We wanted to stay in the historic district and this property gave us access to Forsyth Park. The fact that it offered its own parking place made it even better. If you're looking for a place to stay while in Savannah, give this cottage a look. « The house was clean, comfortable and perfectly located. So easy to get around on our rented golf cart. It's just around the corner from a great beach access but really not far from any access point. Easy to get to restaurants and shopping. Kitchen is stocked well. We made breakfast every morning. Plenty of towels and plenty of room. The owners were wonderful to communicate with and very accommodating. Great house! Highly recommend! »

« This was the perfect house for my family! So convenient to the beach and other amenities…we didn’t drive all weekend! The icing on the cake was the friendliness and responsiveness of the host, Todd. The A/C went out during Memorial Day weekend and the Todd responded immediately. The A/C was fixed before we got home from the beach! I will absolutely stay here again and try any other property hosted by Todd »

« We had a great stay at The Alley! Everyone bowled their hearts out. Took us a few days to get the bedroom heat to work but that was user error on our part! lnitially we were bummed that the pool could not be heated due to the time of year and while we would have loved to have it, bowling took over! Our family of 12 came together to celebrate Christmas the week between Christmas and New Years. All agreed we would rent again! »
