« The lodge was perfect for an outdoor family like us with dogs. Location is quite remote but that's what we like. We'd advise going stocked up with food and drink before going. there is a pub within walking distance with pub food and a great pool table. Meals were after 6pm. The lodge was very comfortable with everything you need. Having the sauna was fantastic especially after a long day out. There is a lot do do around the area but do expect to drive here and there. « Stayed in the lodge- you pay for the hot tub and the setting. The accommodation is dated and cramped with little amenities especially in the kitchen-broken utensils etc. Feel the price warrants a little bit of a higher standard. Restaurant on main hotel serves great seafood. Just don’t expect the lodge accommodation to match the outdoor facilities! »

« Nous avons adoré cet endroit, pas de vis à vis, on a l'impression d'être seul dans ce petit nid, il faut prendre le bateau pour s'y rendre, ce qui renforce ce côté de tranquillité. Le bord du loch est juste en face de la route, on n'a qu'à traverser ! Les lumières le soir sont splendides. Seul regret : n'avoir réservé que 3 jours et non pas plus !! On y reviendra, c'est sur ! »

« Table tennis table needs a fix and a new dart board and darts but that is literally the only suggestion. Hot tub cleaned daily, house comfortable and clean. Location fantastic - hope to be back. »

« We stayed in the cottage 24 years ago and loved it. It has not changed much. This is the charm of the place. The cottage is situated in a quiet setting on Loch Sunart and after exploring all day was a nice place to relax and unwind. Our host Charlie was great. We had a water issue and it was handled straight away. I hope to return soon. A week was to short. »
