"We had a great time during our stay at The Local. The coffee machine and pool are specifically on point! The location was fantastic and being able to rent bikes was convenient and a highlight of our trip. My only critiques would be to have more hangers available or a clothesline for wet swimsuits, and possibly some sort of blackout shade for the windows because they let in a lot of light at night. I appreciated the amazing customer service for the questions I had during and after our stay....

"Everything was pretty amazing, just like the pictures. The only thing I would change was the smell on the room 253. Something was pretty smelly on the disposal and the maintenance wasn’t able to fix that during our stay. The breakfast is amazing and I would like to send a huge appreciation for the elderly man who works pretty hard everyday and made us feel cared."

"VRBO description does not mention or show that the property is 2 story and does not have an elevator. This is a huge problem for guests with mobility restrictions. We were contacted by the Mgr regarding the room only after I asked about pet walking areas & proximity to the room. We were offered a cancellation, but others in our party had also booked here. We made it work for 1 night. Please update the room description. Hotel is also pet friendly. But we found very little green space and had to...
