"Le personnel a été aux petits soins tout au long de notre séjour. La chambre était très agréable et l'emplacement légèrement en dehors de la ville ce qui nous a permis de profiter d’un peu plus de calme."

"Chambre vraiment agreable, spacieuse. Accueil vraiment top. Bonne recommandation. L'emplacement est très correcte. Le seul bemol est qu'il construise actuellement un immeuble entre lhotel et la mer. "Tout d'abord en arrivant l'hôtel n'avait pas notre réservation dans leur système, ils ont voulu nous reloger un peu plus loin pour la chambre tout en bénéficiant de leurs infrastructures (piscine, petit déjeuner), ce que l'on a refusé, après 1h30 de négociations ils nous ont trouvé une chambre, que l'on a bien regretté d'avoir pris. Juste au bord de la route les nuits ont été un enfer même avec des boules quiès qu'on est allé acheter en pharmacie. Sinon la chambre très vétuste et c'est peu dire, la salle de bain également, aucun équipement, propreté passable mais il ne faut pas soulever le drap ou les taies d'oreillers pour regarder dessous. Petit dèj servi en buffet qu'un jour sur deux, visiblement quand il y a suffisamment de personnel, pourtant pas un buffet de banquet.... Point positif la proximité des restaurants pour manger le soir. Je souligne quand même la gentillesse de la personne à la réception, qui était vraiment désolée du problème de réservation."

"La chambre était correcte , mais l’emplacement de l’établissement est à côté d’un marrais /étang donc coté Moustiques on est leur déjeuner c’est insupportable, après cote bar restaurant c’est correct à part les cocktails qui arrive à moitiés plein avec une tonne de glaçons et quand on leur fait remarquer il faut payer un supplément pour remplir le verre , cette blague , c’est honteux. De plus pas de bière en bouteille verre que des canettes aluminium donc très decevant"

"En fait s'il n'y avait pas eu le problème des nuisances sonores et visuelles du à la construction de nouvelles villas et d'une piscine j'aurais jugé notre séjour excellent. La partie où il y avait les paillottes et transats n'existe plus,elle est remplacée par le chantier de la piscine! C'est vraiment dommage de ne pas avoir été prévenus. Sans le problème des travaux,le rapport qualité prix est très bon,notre chambre deluxe était parfaite. Le personnel est souriant et serviable. Le snorkeling devant l'hôtel superbe.Nous avons utilisé les kayaks pour rejoindre la petite île en face et deux autres situées à gauche de l'hôtel. Un grand merci à Franck le dive master français qui s'est chargé d'organiser nos sorties snorkeling en bateau. Bref,cet hôtel aurait été et sera un excellent choix quand les travaux seront finis. Dommage pour nous mais là qualité du snorkeling à l'hôtel où lors des sorties en kayak ou bateau nous auront malgré tout laissé un bon souvenir. Expédia devrait mieux informer les clients de la présence de travaux."

"Heavenly stay at Two Seasons. This place is absolutely unique. The beach is heavenly: you just walk in the water and are surrounded with starfishes, then swim a few meters and enjoy beautiful snorkeling around coral gardens where we spotted a ray, a barracuda, and loads of colourful fishes. Really incredible. Mountain Rooms are very large and super comfortable. Food is very OK, though not incredible. We had a free private pick up by speed-boat directly at our previous hotel on Coron Island to take us straight to the hotel on Day 1, and the transport back to the airport was also super smooth. And last but not least, the staff is super kind and professional, always trying to help and accomodate your wishes, and always smiling. One of the best beach resorts we have seen!!!"
