"I can't fault this hotel. I arrived at 5am after a 14 hour bus journey and even though my check in wasn't until 12 they found me a room and I was asleep by 6\. All at no extra cost I've never felt so welcome. Lovely staff, clean and quiet hotel and really convenient for the centre of town. Zero complaints."

"This is a great hotel. Unfortunately the room opposite mine had their tv on so load I could hear it despite being on the opposite side of the corridor, but I can’t blame the hotel for that. They asked them to turn it down but I could still hear it at 4:30am! I would nevertheless stay here again because the hotel itself is great and the staff and service is excellent and location is close to everything you want as a tourist."

"Exceptional room. Amazing staff. Excellent wifi and breakfast. The location on Plaza de Armas can’t be beat. So walkable. We loved our stay! We had one hiccup. We asked for early check-in. Reception said none was available. Upon arriving at approximately 5:30 AM after a 16 hour overnight bus ride, we asked again. Reception said they could store our bags. Check-in was 1pm. Then they said for $50 USD we could check in early. We declined and stored our bags. We went for breakfast with fellow travellers. All were able to check in early for free at their hotels. When we returned from breakfast around 9am and asked to wait on the terrace, we were informed our room was ready and our luggage was in it. We were very, very happy and booked a few more nights. "
