### Nirou Studio by the beach

Nirou: Amazing view of the Libyan sea, only steps from the water!  
A few meters from a long sandy beach, located in south east Crete, this 2-bedroom studio has a lot to offer. This gorgeous property features 1 full bed and 2 twin beds in the bedrooms, along with a cozy living room with a sofa bed for additional space, a full kitchen, shower bathroom and a spacious patio with fantastic sea views.   
Guests can make use of amenities like a hair dryer, AC, WiFi, and a washing machine during their stay. With a welcoming atmosphere and wonderful amenities, we hope you'll enjoy your stay at our apartment.  
 Enjoy breakfast in the beach patio or start the day with a swim in the crystal clear waters of the award-winning yet peaceful beach of Gra Lygia.   
The studio is fully equipped to accommodate 4 people comfortably.   
\-We can provide a travel baby bed and high chair upon request.  
\-Both bedrooms, in the loft room and on the ground floor do not have doors  
  
Gra Lygia village is nestled at the mouth of a rich valley, it is surrounded by greenhouses filled with early-ripening vegetables. The locals were pioneers in the use of greenhouse agriculture, a practice that has since spread throughout Crete.  
Aside from farming, tourism also forms an essential part of the local economy. Gra Ligia, with its recent mild growth, is among the newest holiday destinations on Crete. This growth has been facilitated by the appealing long beach, with tranquil waters, amenities like umbrellas and showers, albeit not on a large scale and tamarisk trees that provide shade and greenery. The beach is a popular spot for locals who enjoy swimming and fishing.  
The beach is also a venue for local events such as beach soccer tournaments. If you’re fortunate, you might even have a chance to partake in the unique “xentomatiasmata” or tomato war, a tradition revived and celebrated in early summer. Gra Ligia is an ideal destination for those seeking a peaceful and relaxing holiday.   
  
In the evenings, visitors can unwind with a drink at local coffee shops or take a short trip to Ierapetra or the near village Myrtos, where you can find many more bars and coffee shops especially popular with tourists Gra lygia can be an ideal starting point for excursions in south-eastern Crete, to discover antiquities, diverse natural landscapes unique beaches & authentic Cretan flavors and music.
