The water pressure was amazing and we easily figured out how to make it hot, with the guide the owners left. "少し歩きますが、コンビニや飲食店の選択肢も多く、過ごしやすい場所です。 ただお玉がなかったり、お味噌汁などを入れる椀がなかったのが少し困りました。 前に滞在した時は新築でしたが、今は多少劣化もしているし、2階洗面所にアリが大量にいたり、ドライヤーが故障してたり、はありました。 洗面所に洗面台が二つ並んでいたり、連絡したら返事もすぐ来て、前回より良かったこともありました。またお値打ち価格の時に利用させていただきたいです。 ベッドメイキングやトイレ、お風呂など、手入れはきちんとされてたのでそれも良かった。 "

"Very spacious room, helpful staff (we met Michael and the French chef at the breakfast restaurant, they are really helpful and cheerful), wonderful view Except one of the staff at the reception assumed asian (myself) should speak Mandarin, cos he only knows Japanese and Mandarin, but very little English. My husband is from England and the staff insisted to speak to me in Mandarin. I guess as a paid customer we will have to do what's convenient for the staff not the other way round right? I hold a hk passport doesn't mean I HAVE to speak Mandarin or know this language. Never Assume, we speak Cantonese in HK. "
