The only available option was a single king bed room unsuitable for four adults, and staff directed us back to Expedia without any real assistance. With spotty cell service and impending dinner reservations at Cafe Aroma, we scrambled to find alternate accommodations and ultimately stayed one night at a lower-star motel recommended by the restaurant’s staff, who were very helpful. We received a refund notice via text from the lodge, but no further support or follow-up. While the lodge facilities looked great, the lack of customer service was extremely disappointing and we definitely won’t use Expedia again. Only complaint is the room could of been cleaner down around the tables, there was still some dust and hair.
