Enjoy the blackout curtains and turn on the (fake) fireplace. It's just been remodeled so everything is new. Just right for two lovebirds and your pets and an infant are welcome. Or it can be booked with the Treehouse that sleeps seven in the same building. It's close to downtown, the airport, the Riverwalk, and the LDS temple. Once inside, I felt right at home. However, I was initially a bit apprehensive when I pulled up to the property—the exterior could use some attention to make it feel more inviting and safe. The entrance and staircase area would also benefit from a small transformation to create a more welcoming first impression. As other reviews have mentioned, the neighborhood is a little room down, but this studio is great! It is close to downtown, the river, the baseball field, some parks, and some churches and LDS temple. The property has ample parking on the street and has motion sensor lights and security cameras outside and in the hallway to the apartment for safety and security.
