Studio apartment. Pets welcome, close to downtown and airport. The Birdhouse is a comfy studio apartment in with a compact but full kitchen and a full bathroom. Enjoy the blackout curtains and turn on the (fake) fireplace. It's just been remodeled so everything is new. Just right for two lovebirds and your pets and an infant are welcome. Or it can be booked with the Treehouse that sleeps seven in the same building. It's close to downtown, the airport, the Riverwalk, and the LDS temple. The driveway is a bit hard to get into without bottoming out. The stairway to the room could also use some work. The cameras in the stairway and driveway was a nice touch to make it seem safer. The room itself was nice. As other reviews have mentioned, the neighborhood is a little room down, but this studio is great! It is close to downtown, the river, the baseball field, some parks, and some churches and LDS temple. The property has ample parking on the street and has motion sensor lights and security cameras outside and in the hallway to the apartment for safety and security.
