HUGE 7.1 Home Theater / Game Room / Playground This 5600 square foot home is absolutely beautiful and ready to be your home away from home. Enjoy a full 7.1 custom theater with power reclining seats, or a 1000 sq foot exterior covered patio complete with grill, couches and tables for an exterior feast. The backyard is the best view in town, complete with water feature, trees, and volleyball net. There is a large kitchen, gameroom, pingpong table, gas fireplace, entertainment centers, and WIFI. Quick access to all highways as well. This home is located on 4 acres surrounded by over 2000 trees! You will not forget this place. Guests will have access to the ENTIRE HOME, the back patio which is MASSIVE for talking and watching the people play in the large back lawn, or playground area. Behind the home is a small forest that leads to the rear property line which borders a small creek. The forest is pretty to look at, but sometimes the undergrowth is thick to walk through. In the summer you can spend time in the small apple and cherry orchard to the rear of the back yard, or by the waterfall on the north side of the property. There is a guesthouse on the property which is occupied, but run ins with the occupants are rare if ever, and the exclusivity and grandness of the property will lend well to your stay and peaceful getaway. With this in mind we do ask the drive in front of the garage remain un-used, but as outlined below there is more than adequate parking in front of the main residence. Parking is in the front of the home in the circular driveway and by the Garden area. There is room to comfortably park 6-7 vehicles. The lane to the property is almost 500 long, putting the home in a silent and peaceful setting back off any roads, but close enough to get anywhere in a hurry. The home is located very close to Bonneville High School on the East side of Idaho falls. It is close to all the beautiful things we have in Idaho. Including but not limited to: Parks, Recreation, Churches, venues, Stores, hiking, and so much more! The entire city is with a 15 minute drive, Yellowstone is 1.5 hours away, Jackson is 1.5 hours away. Beautiful mountains, hikes, bear world, and much much more! We have outlined a few places and their distances, hopefully this will assist you! The home was spacious, well decorated and accommodated our family of 14 comfortably. The Cinema room was an especially big hit! Our grandchildren loved the playground. Toys were even provided. The kitchen and family room prices plenty of room for us to gather together to eat, play games, and visit. The theater room was a huge hit with everyone-- the huge bean bags especially. One of our grandsons is autistic and struggles with new places, but there were so many sensory friendly things to do and play with he ended up thriving during our stay. There were some maintenance issues with the BBQ grill and dishwasher not working. Some repairs do need to be made, but the good definitely outweighed the minor negatives. The only fault was the drawer with skillets was greasy as the skillets were greasy inside and bottoms made mess. Was not impressed with drawers in frig as were not cleaned out from last person. Did empty and clean. I feel that whoever cleans need to rinse better before loading dishwasher. I hope that the house was cleaner than when we moved in ##### Tom A. There aren’t enough good adjectives to describe it. The house was beautiful, spacious, and super clean with every amenity. The beds were comfortable; the game room was fun; and we spent considerable time watching movies in the awesome cinema room downstairs. Every bathroom had a pile of clean towels along with shampoo, and we enjoyed nice, hot showers with good water pressure. There was a large gathering room with comfortable furniture and a huge outside porch for grilling. The pictures online don’t do this home justice. And the owners, who we were in contact with, were warm and accommodating. We would recommend this property to anyone and would stay here again if we ever travel to Idaho! Beautiful decor, beautiful but truly comfortable furniture; plenty of room to spread out for different interests going on simultaneously. From a movie playing in the cinema, to an awesome game of ping pong for fun. Plus a fantastic kitchen that opens to the dining area plus the living room to include a group for family gatherings. The back porch and yard are truly dreamy. Relax on the cozy couches as you’re preparing a BBQ or take a walk to enjoy the magnificently plush lawn, or enjoy starting your day with the neighbor goats who have lots to say in the morning. They’re a hoot! The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms luxuriously decorated and styled. Then you add in the wonderful communication with the Burtons, it winds up being a fantastic experience from beginning to end. ##### Kimberly M. We are so happy we rented this house, it has everything you need to have a good time with family! The beds are super comfortable and there is a lot of living space in the house. We LOVED the cinema we watched a couple of movies we literally didn't want to leave that room! The chairs where so comfortable even to jus spend the night there and the huge bean bag chair so we're so cool the kids loved them. We are definitely renting this house again!
