The overall experience was great. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff were very helpful even though there was a difference in language. The staff were very friendly and pleasant. Nightly events were fun and engaging.
One feedback I would like to share, I do think the hotel has a sewer backup issue. They were days my room smelt like sewage. I did place a request in for them to check it out. Issue was temporary solved but found it's way too my family rooms which was next to my room. But overall I had a experience.

Main problem is noise from the night clubs across the road at the Veronica’s complex. It will stop you sleeping.
Plus the poolside staff seem very keen with the Pet Shop Boys and will play all their music ever written every afternoon.
Cigarette smoke from nearby balconies easily travels to your room and balcony which I found offputting.
Other than that, hotel is reasonably priced, in a good location (except for noise), well looked after and near a lovely beach.
