"The hotel is newer so it's nice and updated. The housekeeping staff has good attention to detail, which I don't see often in hotels. Very clean. The casino is attached and in my opinion, better than most the others in Cripple Creek. Bigger, better layout, more machines. No complaints, will definitely be back next time we're in town!"

"The hotel has been revamped since I was their last. It is in very good shape and is one of the best hotels in Colorado Springs. We found that the food and the overall condition of the property was excellent. The only downside to this hotel is that it is popular. On the weekend that we were there there were two very large weddings and they overwhelmed the staff in the restaurant. Nonetheless, we got through it well and very much enjoyed our stay.."

"Jason, the morning breakfast maker, made us DELICIOUS breakfast every morning. The guy mowing the yard (didn't catch his name) turned us on to The Mad Hatter for pizza and wings. Great tip. Great food. Employee's and guests were wonderful and you get the sense you are comfortably 'at home', which I believe is the whole 'vibe' they are shooting for. Room was small, but it worked. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND the INNHale property. We will definitely be back."
