The 60 m² property with sea view can accommodate 4 people and consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a a spacious bathroom with a large shower. On-site amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, 4 fans, a washing machine, a dishwasher and a selection of children's books and toys. A baby cot and high chair are also available. You are welcome in our shared and secure swimming pool with terrace and plancha surrounded by nature. It is always cool under the faré during the summer period which is very appreciable. In the evening everything is lit up, the tenants have nicknamed our idyllic garden Bora Bora. At the heart of an exceptional site to discover the starry sky. An observatory, installed since April 13, 1983, in the residential district of Costebelle at the top of the hill, at an altitude of 240 m, in the Mont des Oiseaux, located west of Hyères les Palmiers. Summit called, Pic des Fées, which belongs to the French Navy. It is a natural bird reserve. 3km from beaches surrounded by nature. It is the last protected area on the coast. You walk between the sea and salt marshes, notably on La Bergerie beach, a paradise of calm and tranquility. Hyères is 5km from the property. The property is at 5km from the center of Hyères. Families with children are welcome. Pets are not allowed. The property has a step-free interior. Beach/pool towels are provided. Sheets and towels are provided. Pros: We hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf in deze prachtige villa. We zijn hartelijk verwelkomd door Anne Marie en haar man en ze hebben gedurende ons verblijf erg naar onze wensen geluisterd waardoor we echt een geweldige tijd hebben gehad. Het zwembad is heerlijk (en groot) en het uitzicht is geweldig. Je kijkt uit op de bergen en de zee. Ook in de omgeving valt genoeg te beleven. Je kan elke ochtend heerlijk ontbijten op het terras, en de keuken bevat ook alle voorzieningen die je nodig hebt. Alles was ook zeer schoon. Ons dochtertje (2,5) heeft ook heerlijk kunnen genieten tijdens ons verblijf dus het is zeker kindvriendelijk! Houd er wel rekening mee dat je een gedeelte van de villa huurt en dat de eigenaren er dus ook wonen (boven). Maar verder een absolute aanrader. Het mooie piano spel van Anne Marie was ook zeer plezant om aan te horen. Het zijn hele rustige, aardige mensen. Wij wensen Anne Marie en haar man al het moois toe in de toekomst.
