Property has a construction going on, I was given the room directly under the construction zone. I stayed in the room for an hour assuming it will stop but that didn’t happen, upon complaining front desk was helpless and I had to checkout. After 30 mins I get a call from the manager asking me to come back and he would give me an upgrade but I had made another reservation so I moved on.

Invoice not received
Staff should know that it is their basic duty to issue invoice right after payment/check out. Why the customer has to go through the trouble of following up for invoice? Unprofessional staff.

Room was plain, run down and in desperate need of a refresh. My room had 2 beds that were very small. Not the expectation I had for a hotel in a business area.

Not worth the hotel stars
The stay was for 4 days. The check in experience was pathetic. Reception had to make me wait for 2 hrs saying they are unable to trace my booking. Had to talk to hotels.com to get that sorted out. Rooms are very small. Hot water comes only during particular hrs

When you book the room on Expedia, there is no option for 2 double bed. It only says 1 double or 1 king. You need to fix this b/c the hotel will charge extra for a roll away bed and an additional occupant. I explained the issue to the hotel staff, but they couldn't help me. This issue is really to do w/ expedia. Be really careful when you make your booking b/c you can't change it after it's been made and they won't refund anything.

Expedia bookings dont work with this hotel!
booked through expedia at 7pm and when we showed up at the hotel had no idea of our booking. On showing the expedia email confirmation they said they will submit a ticket to their expedia communication team the next day as they are gone for the day. Ridiculous. Their old card machine did not accept debit cards which is such a pain as what happens if somebody had only debit cards and insufficient cash. Also a day later got a call saying there was an error with payment and i need to go in person and make payment at the hotel as the salaries of the staff are on hold. whoever is running this hotel needs to improve their systems and update their card machines and not penalize employees for such problems.

Right now hotel is surrounded by not so nice construction territory. There is a camp of construction workers and their families nearby - you can watch them urinating and taking showers during the day. Funny herds of black pigs wondering around too.

Nice clean value for money hotel. Only problem being it is tucked in a far away corner of the city & surrounding are not that clean. Breakfast spread is good & service at the hotel prompt & good. Definitely worth trying.

Budget Hotel in a Remote Corner
This is a brand new property by the Lemon Tree Group. Decent budget hotel. However location wise this is tucked into a remote corner of the city. The neighbourhood is still under development and there are no malls, shops etc in walkable distance. You should be staying here only if your business requires you to be in this area.
