When we checked in, the reception said they had to keep our passport at the counter. This made us uncomfortable. Subsequently, the staff very helpfully took our luggage up even when we insisted not to, then subsequently asked for a tip before leaving the room. When we called to enquire about the WiFi password, they were a little muffled over the phone so I asked to clarify and they put the phone down (language barrier?). We didn't even stay 30 minutes and decided to find an alternative accommodation.

Has gone down a bit
Have stayed in this place a year back, was much better. Many plug points dont work, some are hanging out etc. They need to spend some money and make these repairs. The staff is good and the response is very fast.

Nice place but food quality has taken a beating.
This was my second stay here. On my last visit, the food here was really good, but this time the food was uniformly terrible. Buffet breakfast quality was nothing great. Shower controls are very confusing and hot water routinely appeared after about 10-12 minutes of keeping the hot tap running, wasting HUGE amounts of precious water. I see it as bad design of the hot water system and poor insulation of pipes.
