Home at Haymarket is a fully equipped self contained 2 bedroom unit. Light and airy it catches coastal breezes and looks towards Castle Hill. Fully airconditioned, the couch folds down in the living area to accomodate extras. Free unlimited WIFI. Centrally located, 1 block away from Mater Day Surgery, Womens and Childrens Hospital, short walk to supermarket and shopping complex. 10 min walk to the new Townsville Stadium and City area. 5 min walk to Reid Park Complex for V8's and other events.

Undercover off street parking is avaialable, in this quiet cul de sac.
Self check in is available with a key safe.

Inside is tastefully furnished, with all you should require.

FULLY-EQUIPPED KITCHEN: Cooktop, oven, microwave, all pots and pans etc, knife set, kettle, toaster, coffee plunger, sandwich maker.

PANTRY: Tea, coffee, sugar, cereal, bread and condiments

LAUNDRY: Washing machine, washing powder, dryer and clothes airer

LIVING: Smart TV, connected to Youtube with ability to log in to your own streaming services and watch anything you would at home; board games, books, and a selection of childrens toys to keep you entertained, office desk, Kitchen table and ample space to relax and enjoy yourselves. Nice and homely on a quiet road
This place was nice, my assistance Dog found the stairs at the entrance challenging, especially as there are no lights at night time to help navigate them safely. Its fairly noisy, I could hear my neighbours, the greyhound races being called, numerous neighbourhood dogs barking relentlessly. Ants were a big problem, couldnt leave a dronk on a brmch for more tuan 30 seconds and it was swarming with ants. The owner was easy and pleasant to deal with. I was allowed to check in early which was a big bonus.

Good location but very basic apartment
The unit location is fairly central to medical businesses. However the neighbourhood is fairly sketchy! We were woken up in the middle of the night by a domestic happening in an adjoining unit. The unit is on the top floor up a couple of flights of stairs. The carport is too small to park even a small car in, but at least u can park in front of it. In the 2nd bedroom the curtain isn't even big enough to cover the window, so lots of light comes in. The pillows are terrible (very old & lumpy). I went & bought new ones & left them there. New curtains & decent pillows is a cheap fix to make the unit more comfortable. There is no chopping board or grater supplied & we weren't supplied with the wifi password, even though the ad states wifi is supplied. On the plus side, the air con works well & was nice to come home to a cool room after working outside in the heat all day! We stayed 1 week & during that time we heard the greyhounds twice with their loudspeaker announcements during the night.

Excellent Location to Reid Park & Cowboys Stadium
Couple of minutes from Cowboys Stadium, GP Superclinic, Mater Hospital, Woolies, Takeaway and so much more. Group of 4 Units & on Top floor & other residents are quiet. Plenty of parking for vehicle & trailer. Good sized 2 bed Unit, Timber Floors, Washing machine, seperate toilet/bathroom, lounge dining. Aircon in lounge & both bedrooms. Full size fridge and lots of things you need for home away from home. For us, the windows/louvres are all frosted glass so no view/outlook and although in a very quiet location/ cul-de-sac the main road noise from across the empty field was non-stop with trucks during the night - we are sensitive to noise though and others may not even notice it. Fantastic in every other way and the host was excellent, always available and responded quickly to any messages. Overall we would stay there again.
