Inside, there’s plenty of space to relax and enjoy stunning ocean vistas and sunsets through large bay windows in most rooms. A foosball table provides hours of group fun. The living area offers comfy seating on a couch and four chairs. Watch movies on 50” smart TV equipped with cable and a BluRay player. Play a game of cards at the table for four. Large windows offer a front-row view of the ocean, kite surfers, and sailboats. Upstairs, a second living area has a couch for taking in the stellar ocean vistas, a desk, and a foosball table. Whip up tasty home-cooked meals in the well-equipped kitchen. A stainless steel table with seating for two offers ample space to prepare ingredients. The kitchen window offers a beautiful view of the water. When it’s time to eat, gather at the eight-person dining table. This two-story home sleeps six guests between three bedrooms. Sleep soundly in the primary bedroom, furnished with a queen bed, rocking chair, and 42” cable TV. Enjoy ocean views from the bay windows. An en-suite bathroom features a double vanity, large walk-in shower, and a soaking-style tub. The second bedroom is outfitted with two twin-size beds and a rocking chair. The second bathroom is appointed with a tub/shower combination. Upstairs, a spacious third bedroom offers a king bed, a desk, two chairs, and a 40' UHD TV equipped with a DVD player. The Hyannis Harbor is a short drive from your rental, where you can sample superb lobster rolls or visit the JFK Museum. For a fun day trip, take the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard or Nantucket. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The upstairs bedroom does not have central air-conditioning, however there is a window AC unit. Jul 24, 2025 #### Home with a view The house has views with almost every room. Including deck. Waterfront 10 steep steps to water on a see wall. It does not have a beach you can walk to Kalmus public beach less then 1/2 mile easy walk. The house had some issues but they tried to solve them. The mattress downstairs master bedroom was the horrible. Two people roll and sunk in middle. They tried to resolve by adding a memory foam pad but needs a new one. The portable air conditioner upstairs was not vented to window so it was like a sauna when we arrived that my husband had to rectify. After that it was ok. We love the home so many amenities. That said, I do think for the price (especially in the off-season) a few things should have been fixed, including cleaning the windows-you are there for the view but it’s a bit hard to see; not having screens on all of the windows and doors; and the side door handle falling off/unable to lock. View view view!! Many pros to this house: Close to shops and coffee and accessible to the shopping street of Hyannis- went to a great restaurant called Anejo! Other pros were easy parking and easy to find and easy to get to ferry to Nantucket! Cons: the king bed was super plasticy squeaky, when we stripped sheets the mattress had a plastic cover to keep it waterproofed which I guess is nice but made it a difficult noise to sleep every time one person rolled over, the upstairs queen bed floors had no insulation and every step the friend upstairs took we could hear, also someone had a white dog and white fur was all over the couch and floors, just not cleaned well… But STILL overall the pros and views outweighed the cons! ##### Lisa V. The only negative was the queen bed in the first floor master. It was very loud and creaky/plastic y sounding when anyone moved, the sides were higher than the middle so we kept rolling downhill into the middle. For two people it was really uncomfortable, we had to come home for something midweek and ended ti bringing our air mattress back with us to sleep on instead. There are steps down to the water however they are very slippery. For the price that the owners are charging it is time for them to put some money back into the property. Furnishings not very comfortable other than the dining table and chairs. The rest were very IKEA like and older. Kitchen items were older and not the best quality. No baking/cookie sheets. A little outdated but only a little. Kitchen has everything you need except good frying pans. Loads of dishes. Could use more towels but there is a washer and dryer for that. The sea wall entrance to the water is dangerous and not manageable. An update to that would be a PLUS. The queen bed is old and creeky but doable. The twin bed Room has no curtains. Curtains must be added to that room. The Adirondack chairs outside are cheap and broken. But all in all. Everything you need is in the house. Views are amazing and it was hard to leave the house. ##### Suzanne F. Very nice home (and friendly neighbors), walk to the beach and for a bit longer to cute downtown Harwich. As is common in Massachusetts, we had 3 seasons in 4 days. One day was blustery, which was fun watching the waves crash against the sea wall, then 24 hours later we had calm seas and sun. ##### richard d. Very clean home. Well-stocked kitchen to cook sides or full meals. Three TVs. Plenty of towels, etc.. Beautiful views. Great location- plenty to do in Hyannis and surrounding towns. Few minutes walk to the beach - with concession stand - bathrooms. We (me, my wife $ our little Yorkie. Hercules) had a great time. We would definitely book again. ##### GARY H. The house is very easy to live in and is comfortably furnished. The team at Turnkey was great to work with, we were in contact before and during our stay. The area is so beautiful and has so many fun things to do and has great restaurants, shops, and beaches as well. Ferries are a mile away with access to Martha’s Vineyard, Nantucket and deep sea finishing. Would recommend this property and area. ##### Kathi B. Though the house is a little shabby Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is in a wonderfully quiet location The house itself has some issues. The small room on the right smells badly. The paint is pealing of at several places. The kitchen is adequate. But the major issue are the curtains, they essentially do not block the sun. The kitchen was well-stocked and the home had many amenities. We loved being there off season. It was quiet but there were still many restaurants and shops open. The view is incredible!
