Bill is an excellent and responsive host! The unit is exactly as it appears in the VRBO photos. Only steps from the deck to the beach! Town is a short walk. The townhouse easily and comfortably can accommodate 6 adults. Having a living room and den to relax in (both with ocean views) was a huge plus! We will be back! ##### Jack C. We loved being able to walk out from the back deck to the beach, and the pool was great for the kids. The condo was perfect for our group - we never felt cramped with all the beds, bathrooms, 2 living rooms and 3 decks. Bill is lovely, was very responsive before and during our stay, and even managed to find us an extra parking spot last minute! We'd rent again in a heartbeat! ##### Sarah W. Communication with the owner was very good. He provided a lot of information and clear instructions for check-in, etc. The unit is comfortable, has everything needed. Finishes could be updated a bit but you just can't beat the ease of walking straight out to the beach. ##### Karen K. This location is within walking distance to the Hy-line ferries to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard, the JFK memorial, the Black Cat, Scrappy's Seafood, and if you can walk a bit further you can walk to Main street for more food options and shopping. The beach access and views are incredible. The property is dated a bit but very clean. The owner was very accessible and responsive to questions. He was fantastic and the check-in / check-out was super easy. I would stay again if returning to visit. ##### Kathy L. The unit is walking distance to pool, private beach , park and playground. The property and unit are well maintained, guests are friendly, very family friendly. Short car ride or walking distance to restaurants, shopping, many beautiful beaches and the hyannis harbor. Bill was wonderful to communicate with and responded to to any questions very promptly.
