PENTHOUSE with SPECTACULAR SEA VIEW

  • Apartment is suitable for FAMILIES, COUPLES and OLDER GROUPS. Please read house rules. This new and modern, stylish flat, is the top floor penthouse of a modern house with a large private roof terrace offering fantastic views over Hvar town, Hvar harbour and Pakleni island. Penthouse is located 15 min walking distance from the city center, and 5 min from the beach. Total space is 180 square meters with balconies. There is one big main terrace with dinning table and lounges, and two other balconies. You will have the best sunset view in Hvar. There is shared BBQ for daily use on first floor of the house. I try to upgrade the flat every year so It is always better then in the pictures. The penthouse is benefiting from modern integrated kitchen, dining room, large living room, two big bedrooms, and one small one, fully tiled three bathrooms with separate shower cubicle and one hot tub. There is 65inch smart TV in the living room, TV`s in the bedrooms, WiFi, and a complimentary secure parking for your cars. Apartment is fully air conditioned. Floor to ceiling windows along one side of the apartment provides extensive city views and lot of light.

Canadians in Split during heat wave!!

The space was amazing. We really enjoyed the terrace. The air conditioners worked very well which was good because it was hot. The host was amazing and very helpful. Be aware it’s all up hill to the apartment!! We really enjoyed our stay!!

Very Nice Property & Location

We really enjoyed our stay in Hvar. The property has an amazing view, with a great terrace containing a large table, chairs and four chaise lounges. We also found the property to be quite comfortable with PLENTY of room, great A/C and a modern kitchen and other facilities, including a washer. The location is literally a 10'ish minute walk from one of the better beaches, and only a 15 minute walk into town (in our case, we did not want to stay in town).

Absolutely perfect condo. Top floor. Very nicely appointed. Great view. It’a a 15 minute walk into town. Grocery store is only 5 minutes away. Edward was very nice and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

Don’t hesitate to book this property. The apartment itself was wonderful, plenty of space with beautiful bathrooms and very clean - and that view, you won’t forget it! The outdoor space is amazing with 4 lounge chairs and a dining area and, that view. . . Added bonus, as long as you are up for a little hike you can easily walk to a beach with restaurants and perfect clear blue water. You won’t be alone once you get there, and for good reason, it’s beautiful! We highly recommend this property.

Beautiful apartment within walking distance of the old town

Lovely apartment within walking distance of the old town with a lovely big terrace where we spent many evenings watching the sunset. The lovely beach behind the house is convenient for an early morning swim. There is a pastry/cake shop 5 mins walk away and a large supermarket just 5 mins further. The apartment is tastefully decorated, spacious and luxurious - would highly recommend.

My friends and I travel regularly, and have stayed in many apartments. This is one of the best ever! The apartment is modern, immaculate and stocked with everything you could possibly need. The rooftop deck was comfortable, and furnished with a table and chairs, as well as four lounge chairs. The view was spectacular! Edi was friendly and very responsive.

Edi was super responsive throughout the process. Nicely renovated apartment. Killer view of Hvar town and sunset. Quiet neighborhood and a short walk to everything. Got absolutely everything we need for the stay. We had a great time!

Amazing property and Host

We had an amazing stay and this was by far the best property we stayed (3 nights) in our 17 night tour of Croatia/Slovenia/Hungary. The pictures do not do justice to this property or the amazing view from very large balcony. Host Edi was always responsive, he sent his Dad to pick us up at the ferry and even helped us with a car pickup from the nearby beach. If you go to the nearest beach (about 10 minute walk), make sure to wear sneakers. Even water shoes will not work for the sharp rocky downhill path. Kitchen is very well stocked with different spices, teas and salts. We were offered homemade Sherry and Orange Juice on arrival. There was a full bottle of homemade Lemonade concentrate in the condo (made by Edi's Mom) and we used it a lot in the hot climate. The 15 minute walk to the main town square and Marina was no big deal for us and we never took any taxi in Hvar to go for dinner or to come back after dinner. If you are looking at this listing, than your search for rental in Hvar should be over.
