I must commend the staff, from the beginning. Maybe we got lucky due to the timing of the trip but, they allowed us to check-in early since we had arrived very early, 0800 early and check-in was not supposed to be until 1500. Breakfast was great everyday and we were also able to join in the day of our early check-in. Then later in the week we had tried through a few different apps to park as the parking garage was full at the hotel since we came back late. We called the front desk service multiple times and they were aware of our plight and allowed us to park in an unofficial spot as we had rented a Jimny just small enough to fit. Would definitely come here again, room was cozy for us and there were lots of options for pick-up for different activities!

Ani was super friendly and helpful with food recommendations and making us feel at home. Breakfast was delicious! Would definitely stay here again

The front desk staff were fantastic- very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and ample. The location is perfect - close to everything!

Phenomenal hotel. Out of the way in a neighborhood. You’ll need to walk a km or thereabouts to find anything to see/eat. Gets top marks for cleanliness and outstanding breakfast buffet.

Large hotel that is trying to rise to elite status. Good breakfast. The room I was first assigned to was in the basement. It was depressing and dark The view out the window was staging set up in an alley. It would have been much better used a a storage room.. I went to the front desk and was reassigned to a better room. It was an impersonal hotel and for the price I could have done much better.
