Mehrfach schon diese Wohnung gemietet. Mit der neuen Verwaltung wurde einige Probleme/Kleinigkeite..

Mehrfach schon diese Wohnung gemietet. Mit der neuen Verwaltung wurde einige Probleme/Kleinigkeiten die vorher etwas störend waren angegangen (neue Stühle, Medientechnik verbessert). Lage ist einfach perfekt. Wir empfinden die Matratzen als etwas zu weich, aber das ist sehr subjektiv. Was zu erwähnen ist, ist die Hellhörigkeit. Gerade wenn früh morgens der Hausmeister/die Reinigungskraft im Hausflur zugange ist, bekommt man schon viel mit. Trotzdem eine super Wohnung und wir werden wieder kommen.
