From the pool, hot tub, spacious living area, amount of bedrooms, amenities, kitchen, master suite, and proximity to Zion, there literally wasn't anything one could make it be a better stay. \-Jonathan Welcome to your dream getaway just 35 minutes outside Zion National Park! Our spacious and modern 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom townhome offers the perfect blend of comfort and adventure, making it an ideal retreat for families, friends, or groups looking to explore the stunning surroundings. We came down for a girls weekend and were in love with this home! So beautiful inside and out! Definitely recommend this home to anyone staying down in the area. \-Amber Highlights: Private Pool Paradise: Dive into relaxation with your own private pool, complete with mesmerizing water features, a cozy fire bowl, and a stylish gazebo for outdoor dining. Unwind on the deck with a hammock and comfy chairs, perfect for soaking in the serene views. Comfortable Accommodations: With two master bedrooms—one on the main floor and one upstairs—plus a kids' bunkroom, everyone will find their perfect space. The townhome sleeps up to 18 guests in beds, ensuring ample room for everyone. Endless Entertainment: Enjoy endless fun with game arcades, a Nintendo Switch in the loft, and an Infinity Game Table. Whether you're swimming in the pool or playing games, there's something for everyone to enjoy. Outdoor Oasis: Relax on the front and back decks, offering the perfect spots to sip your morning coffee or unwind after a day of adventure. The fire bowl and gazebo make evenings magical, with the option for outdoor dining under the stars. Current heavy construction (excavation and loud work) will be completed by Christmas. Starting in January, unit construction will begin and continue for about 6 months. This phase will be much quieter and will involve standard building work only (concrete, framing, finishing). We had 4 families under 1 roof and it was the best time. The community pool is fun but having a pool right at the house was the kids' favorite! \-Chantel Features: 5 Bedrooms / 4.5 Bathrooms: Two master suites, a kids' bunkroom, and additional bedrooms provide plenty of space for everyone. Small bathroom with single sink, toilet and shower/tub combo. Large bathroom with double sinks, separate toilet and shower/tub combo room. Large front deck: Foosball, two eggshell lounge chairs, dinette set with seating for 4. We loved the place. It had everything we needed for our trip. The house was a great place to hang out and enjoy cousins. We spent quite a bit of time in the heated pool and hot tub. There was more than enough space and the house was so nice and clean. \-Job PLEASE NOTE: The pool/spa heating is a separate fee of $80/night Oct - Apr and $20/night May - Sep and needs to be paid upfront (before your arrival). Plenty of space in common areas as well as bedrooms. The pool and hot tube were fantastic! The management team was very responsive if we had questions. My only complaint was that we were not allowed to turn the air conditioning down below 72 degrees and because there were no screens in the bedroom windows we could not open them to allow the outside cool air in. The upstairs bedrooms were very warm most nights even with the fans on. Other than that, we would definitely rent again! ##### Jill G. The pool was unfortunately hot when we arrived, but evidently they don’t have a pool heater or cooler and it’s so hot during the summer that there was nothing to do; it did cool down with a rain and leaving the cover off during our stay. Red sands were very responsible throughout our stay and helped retrieve our phone we left behind! Will definitely stay again in the future for our Zions trips! ##### Michole D.
