The condo appears to be new, was very comfortable for the 8 of us and was very well appointed. The owner was very gracious, helpful answering our questions, and even left us a nice welcome gift. The place was spotless, the location was awesome and the owner communicates very well. Michael has really thought of everything to make your stay go as smoothly as possible. We spent our days hiking in Zion which is about 30-35 minutes from the home. The owner, Michael, was wonderful to work with, easy to communicate with and very nice!
