We informed the property manager the first night that the hot tub was not heating. He immediately responded and said he would have someone out asap. The next night I messaged if someone would be coming out to fix the hot tub, 24 hours later he responded that someone would come look at it within the hour. No one ever showed up. I did reach out 3 more times that we would like some form of compensation for not having a working hot tub for our entire stay. We never received a response from the host. I also reached out to VRBO because the host was not responding to my messages. VRBO said they cannot take any action because I do not have any proof that the hot tub was not working. ##### Lora C.
