Overlooking the living room, the full kitchen is furnished with lustrous wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of counter space to play around on. You'll love using the large five-burner range to prepare tonight's home-cooked family meal. Challenge someone to a game of pool in the garage or spread out to do a little stargazing on the patio. This home is right next to Sand Hollow Reservoir, just two-and-a-half miles away, and Zion National Park, just a 45-minute drive away. You'll be super close to lots of famous mountain biking trails like JEM Trail and Gooseberry Trail in Hurricane and ZEN trail in St. George. Tee off at Coral Canyon Golf Course (nine miles away) or Green Spring Golf Course (15 miles away). THINGS TO KNOW Streaming services are available with guests' own account(s). Oversized parking is not allowed on the street in front of the house or in the dirt lot behind the house. The police will fine you $750 if you park on the dirt lot. For oversized parking, please park on Dixie Springs Rd. The large bay garage on the left side of the home contains a boat that guests may not use. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The house is great in general, well equipped overall, a quiet friendly neighborhood, very open space on the street and not jam-packed like some locations, and excellent communication from Vacasa. The "but" there were two things that could be addressed for the future. 1 - TV's are old and not set up to work easily; in fact, the living room was super challenging but finally got the Roku to work but finicky. The master room never worked and equipment is beyond out of date. Just get simple smart TVs that are so inexpensive nowadays and this would be 1000 times easier for guests. 2 - There was no mention of a boat being parked in the garage and we rented this house specifically for the larger garage space and were not able to take advantage of this. The great thing is the neighborhood is very safe feeling and we left UTVs outside all week with zero issues and did not really feel like we would have an issue. Dec 3, 2022 #### Spacious, close to lakes We appreciate the amount of space and beds available while staying on vacation here. The sheets and bathrooms were clean and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and necessities, which we appreciated. In the add it said some bikes were available. All bikes but one were usable. Things in the home had signs like "don't mess or you'll screw it up" or things that were broken and needed attention and repair. If a bench is broken, remove it from the house so I don't have to keep my children off of it. The throw pillows on beds and couches seemed dirty. Like they've never been washed or updated. While cockroaches are a given in this area, we found some in the house. The shampoo and conditioner were switched and put in the wrong containers which was weird like they were reusing sample size bottles. We found hand prints on doors and furniture. We liked the close proximity to Quail and Sand Hollow. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The master bedroom needs window coverings in the bathroom. It's an hour away from Dixie National Forest and 45 minutes from Zion National Park. The home was extremely clean and we'll stocked, I would highly recommend keeping the cleaning staff happy since this has been the only home that has been this clean when renting from Vacasa.
