The space
Gather together in the spacious living area on the main level that is perfect for conversation and comfortably seats large groups, complete with 65” Roku Smart TV. The extended dining table seats 10, with additional 4 bar seats at the granite kitchen island. Our gourmet kitchen has oversized cabinets, breakfast bar, top of the line stainless steel appliances, and fully stocked with everything you would need for preparing meals and entertaining a large group.

The kids will enjoy the Xbox, art activity books, multiple board and card games located upstairs in the loft/media room or a game of ping pong on the oversized balcony.

This amazing home is packed with all sorts of things to do. You'll be making memories with your family and friends as you take the wagon from the garage which is full of pool toys just steps away. Sun bathe poolside, float in the lazy river, or splash around with the kids during the day then relax in the oversized hot tub under the stars. BBQ and dine under the large covered area by the pool, by the fire pit or privately on the back patio at the house. End your day on one of the balconies, with a drink in hand, watching the desert sun set behind the mountains then play Ping Pong on the oversized covered deck.

Need to work or kids having online school? No problem, High Speed Internet throughout the home and resort. Home features several working spaces.

* Spacious king bed, ceiling fan, flat-screen Roku Smart TV. Includes a large closet, a private patio area outside of the sliding doors to relax in the mornings and evenings. This Master Bedroom has a sitting nook with 2 comfortable chairs perfect for reading or napping and a large bench in front of the TV. Full bathroom with double vanities, large walk-in shower and private toilet area. Stocked with spa toiletries, luxury linens and hair dryer.

MASTER BEDROOM 2: King Bed + Full Bathroom (sleeps 2)
* Luxurious king bed, ceiling fan, flat-screen Roku Smart TV. Features a large closet, and a private balcony great for watching the sunset in the evenings. Full bathroom with walk-in shower and private toilet area. Stocked with spa toiletries, luxury linens and hair dryer.

MASTER BEDROOM 3: King Bed + Full Bathroom (sleeps 2)
* Comfortable king bed, ceiling fan, Roku Smart TV, closet for storage space, and access to the Jack-and-Jill shared bathroom. There is a sink and vanity that is private to this room and is stocked with spa toiletries, luxury linens, and hair dryer.

MASTER BEDROOM 4: Queen Bed x 2 (sleeps 4)
* Two queen-sized beds with balcony. Large bedroom includes ceiling fan, Roku Smart TV, desk and chair, dresser and a full length mirror. Full bathroom in the hall outside the bedroom door stocked with spa toiletries, luxury linens, and hair dryer.

BUNK BEDROOM 5: Bunk Beds with Trundle (sleeps 5)
* Five bunk beds. Bunk bedroom includes a traditional closet for storage, ceiling fan, Roku Smart TV, art table with activity/coloring supplies and an art board that will entertain kids.

OVERSIZED COVERED DECK:
* Accessed from the loft on the second level. Spacious, extra large 24x20 deck with ping pong table, comfortable large sectional sofa. Perfect place to read, do early morning yoga or meditation, play games, or relax. The deck also is a great place to sleep under the stars on the queen inflatable air mattress.


GOURMET KITCHEN:
* Large kitchen completely outfitted with new stainless-steel appliances and gorgeous granite countertops. You will be able to cook a Thanksgiving feast in our fully stocked kitchen. You will find everything you will need to prepare meals for a large group (see detailed list at bottom)

Guest will have total privacy and access to the entire property with the exception of one closet under the stairs.

There is a large 2-car garage and private entrance into home.

--> We do not accept Check-ins or Check-Outs on Thanksgiving or Christmas Day. Those are the only 2 days of the year that we give our team (cleaners/inspectors/maintenance) the day off as they work every other day including holidays. I am sure you understand the importance of spending Thanksgiving and Christmas Day with family.
