It's a great place for everyone to have fun. This family fun luxury getaway is the gateway to adventure! Gorgeous 2 story vacation home close enough to Sand Hollow Park that you can cool off with a swim in the lake, launch your boat to skim across the clear blue water, or take to the dunes for a rip-roaring ATV ride across the sand. Conveniently close golf courses such as Sand Hollow Resort, Sky Mountain and Coral Canyon. Attention to every detail of this showcase home means that you get to enjoy a fully equipped, spacious kitchen and great room combination for an ideal family gathering place. Make life-long memories and have fun playing family games, including the use of a ping pong table for a rousing competition, gazing out the picture window at the crystal blue water of the private waterfall and stunning red rock formations in the backyard, or relaxing in the inviting hot tub. Your party will love the private heated saltwater pool set up for water volleyball/badminton, as well as offering a Shamu shelf (an entry area approximately one foot deep, also known as a tanning bench, kiddie platform, grandparents' step, thermal ledge, or Baja shelf, to name a few.) A quick note about TV service. We know you're coming to spend quality time in the outdoors, but from time to time TV down time is important. This home does have TV's available to watch. Live TV for sports is provided through the DirectTVNow app on a Roku box in the main great room only. The owners provide the subscription for this service. The smart TV's do have Netflix and Hulu APPS but you may need to provide your own subscription to access. \*\*POOL HEATING IMPORTANT INFORMATION - The cost of heating the POOL at this property is not included in the nightly rates. After you book the unit, please notify our team IF you want to heat the pool or have any questions about pool heating. The cost will be $200 for pool operations and $75 daily heat plus applicable taxes. The Operations Cost covers pre-heat, set up, etc for the pool. (Operations and Daily Heat are both required for pool heating) Daily Heat Cost is to maintain the pool heat during your stay. We set the system to heat between 82-85\. Actual temp. varies due to air/ground temps and is not guaranteed. Pool heating is recommended for guest stays from Oct 1st- May 31st. Please communicate that you would like to heat the pool at least a week prior to your check in date. HOT TUB is electric and there is no extra cost. We set the hot tub heating between 100-102 degrees. Parking: Situated at the end of a circle for privacy, a generous driveway ends at a 3-car garage available to shelter your vehicles. RV parking is also available. Before bringing trailers, please reach out to discuss parking options. \*NO street level parking\* Hurricane City ordinance restricts vacation guests parking on its city streets. All Guest vehicles, trailers, etc. must be parked in garage or in the driveway. We reserve the right to charge $500 per infraction. Pool chairs, chaise lounges, towels and pool toys are provided. You will also love the “easy on your skin” salt water hot tub with easy lift cover, and the inviting gas fire pit large enough for the “campfire" experience, complete with the sound of a waterfall in the background. You'll appreciate the covered patio with natural gas grill and comfortable patio furniture to relax and enjoy the unforgettable surroundings. The gourmet kitchen with a state-of-the-art gas range is stocked with small appliances, a Keurig machine, every pot & pan you'll ever need, and plenty of place settings. A grand round dining table with a convenient self-serve lazy Susan is the perfect feature for wonderful get together meals or gaming. Enjoy the lavish, large pantry with party popcorn provided. Large open family room with cozy gas fireplace, 65” smart TV with DVD/Blu Ray, cable TV and Wi-Fi. Large main floor master suite with a grand master bath includes a large soak tub, oversized shower with 2 shower heads, and spacious walk-in closet. Smart TV with cable, recliner chair, and King size bed are included for the ultimately comfortable master bedroom. A fully equipped bathroom and two additional bedrooms with top quality beds for a restful night are situated on the main floor. All bathrooms are stocked with luxury bath towels and all bedrooms have hangers available for your convenience. The second story boasts even more space, offering 2 large bedrooms, a full bath, and spacious 2nd family/TV room with large sectional to accommodate the whole family. A balcony offers views of Pine Mountain and Southern Utah's unique red rock. Check out the fun family games in the game closet to help you spend even more enjoyable time together. There will be fines for using the pool past 10 pm on weeknights and 11 pm on weekends. First we arrived an hour an a half early and asked for early check in. The owner replied we could, but at an additional charge of 60\. We declined and waited outside until the official check in time. Then couldn’t access the house for 20 minutes as the code didn’t work. The house was clean but the bathrooms were not ( see picture).We were left with 3 garbage bags for a 10 day stay, and texted him asking for more. He replied that we should buy them ourselves. Then we received checkout instructions that included stripping the beds and starting a load of wash!!!We have stayed in many vacation homes, and never experienced a penny pinching relationship like this. There was a bed short, which caused a 65 year old man to have to sleep on the couch. When we tried to discuss this with the property manager through text, they stopped communicating. I really feel that the share that my friend paid, should have been refunded. I cannot recommend this property ##### Colleen H. Big kitchen and island. Comfortable mega couch. Quiet neighborhood. Very quiet at night, so great for sleeping. Loved blackout drapes for master, and the master shower was spacious and well vented! Saltwater pool was a refreshing surprise. BBQ grill was large and easy to use. This is a great vacation home. We will definitely return if we ever visit St George again. ##### Eugene T. Six adults stayed but definitely plenty of room for more. We were able to enjoy the hot tub after hiking for the day and it was wonderful! Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. The house was amazing! It was super clean, has a great stock of everything needed in the kitchen, tons of linens including kitchen, bath and pool, and excellent indoor and outdoor entertainment options! The beds were very comfortable and the dual laundry was a huge bonus! We used the pool the most, but the hot tub and gas fire pit was a nice option for the cool evenings. It is stocked with everything you need ( except spray pam and cooking oil HA HA). The layout is beautiful, the pool is huge and the house is decorated so nicely. House itself was immaculate, well-equipped, comfortable and great location. Had space for 7 of us to spread out...loved having morning coffee on the upstairs balcony overlooking the beautiful mountains. The pool was a lovely way to spend time in the gorgeously landscaped back yard. The one drawback was the constant noise coming from a pump that was being used for some kind of work being done across the street.....made being outside a little less enjoyable for conversations. The management company was responsive and helpful. The process was streamlined. All amenities were comfortable for a group with kids and adults. Me and my family spent 8 awesome days here and couldn’t have been more happy. The location was perfectly central to all the hiking and adventures south Utah has to offer. Plenty on groceries stores and restaurants near by as well. When we weren’t hiking, My family especially loved the pool and all the yard games the house offered. I would suggest bringing things like paper towels, toilet paper, body wash paper plates and napkins as we did run out on the second day but Walmart is a short distance away. Sadly all we could find was one roll of papaer towels and 3 rolls of toilet paper in the house, but we didnt let the little things bother us as the house really is amazing. we had some trouble and the hot tub was cold but they got a repair man out quickly and it was fixed by the time we returned from our ride that day. There was plenty of space for our toys at the house and the proximity of the house to the main road was great, we parked our truck and trailer on the shoulder and it was visible from the back yard. Towels were a little mildewy management said they would take care of it. Had some spiders and bugs and the hot tub jets could’ve been better but It really was fine! The pool was a blast!! Perfect for our younger kids because it wasn’t too deep and it was so warm! So great to be able to swim in Feb!! Loved it! The place is very nice! Fun games and pool toys in the garage.
