Design apartments with a spacious terrace and a magnificent sea view are located in the prestigious area of Intercontinental on the Promenade, near the center of Hurghada. Spacious apartment with a total area of 240 sq.m include a living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and individual terrace with a jacuzzi under the open sky, sunbeds, a barbecue and a relaxing zone overlooking the sea. The beach is located 10 min. walking distance from the apartment. There are cafe, grocery store and drugstore in the neighboring building. On the most brisk pedestrian street of Hurghada - on the Promenade - the set of shops, cafe, the entertainments are located for guests of the resort.

Die Wohnung ist groß,2 Schlafzimmer, Dach Terrasse mit Whirlpool, schön zum draußen sitzen.Ruhige Gegend. In der Küche alles vorhanden. Im Bad mit Waschmaschine. Die Wohnung liegt im 4 Stock. Es gibt keinen Aufzug.
