Step into a world of clutter-free comfort and style at our one-bedroom bungalow in Decatur, Alabama. With a flawless blend of contemporary facilities and cozy ambiance, it’s your ideal retreat for two.   
  
As you enter, be greeted by the inviting glow from our elegant fireplace, warming up the living room adorned with high-arched ceilings. Sink into the couch for a night of relaxation while streaming your favorite shows on our Smart TV.   
  
The bedroom showcases a soothing palette complemented by fresh linens offering a tranquil night's sleep. The room is equipped with a smart workspace if you need to catch up on work. Meanwhile, taking care of your laundry needs is simplified with our washer-dryer set.   
  
Adding to the bungalow's charm is the meticulously designed bathroom stocked with essentials and offers a bath or shower option.   
  
The heart of our bungalow is the modern, open-concept kitchen. Equipped with standard appliances, including a coffee maker for your morning brew, cook up a storm or simply heat up leftovers in our microwave.

Guest Access:  
Guests have private, hassle-free access to the entire property with our smart lock system. Ample parking is available, accommodating even larger vehicles like trucks with boats. Enjoy the privacy of the backyard and grill, or relax on the patio.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
Neighborhood is middle class with recently remodeled homes. It is one street over from the main road (Danville Rd) which will take you to Beltline Rd. The area is quiet. Neighbors are friendly.  
  
Getting Around:  
Ample parking space for all types of vehicles, too include trucks with boats.  
  
There are some stores that are in walking distance. But a vehicle is preferred.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
Our bungalow offers the perfect winter retreat, right in the heart of Decatur. All set for the upcoming winter season, it's stress-free shopping for Valentine's Day, St. Patrick's Day, or Memorial Day festivities with nearby stores.   
  
Among the many attractions in proximity, Wilson Morgan Park, Cook Museum of Natural Science, and Delano Park lead the pack. For outdoor enthusiasts, Point Mallard Park and Wheeler National Wildlife Refuge Visitor Center offer great spots for activities.
