This property, and the host (Ryan), was perfect! Everything was clean and tidy upon arrival. The bed was so comfy. I was there for a powerlifting competition so good rest was imperative and I was not disappointed. Ryan was super gracious and easy to communicate with. However the location of the VRBO was not ideal. The cleanliness of the room was fair at most, closet where central air and water heater were kept was filled with the dirt and debris. The porch was overrun with leaves and you are not able to sit out there When you come to the front door there are leaves everywhere piles of them looks like they have been there for many many months. Bring your own coffee pods machine available but no pods available. Sheets have stains, they asked us to take off the sheets and put laundry in laundry basket but did not tell us to put the comforter in the laundry basket.concerned that that is not washed there was a smell also coming from the couch that was quite disconcerting. ##### Jon R.
