This luxurious home comes with a very spacious and stunning rooftop that has a panoramic view of the beach, ocean and sunset. The rooftop also has a beautiful fireplace and a large HotSpring jetted hot tub for you to enjoy while you watch the sunset.  
  
This home provides the ultimate coastal lifestyle with the beach essentially being your backyard. This luxurious home is steps away from the sand. Sunset Beach is renowned for its charming community and pristine coastline, making this home a rare gem in a coveted location.  
  
Experience your own slice of paradise in this 3 bedroom 3.5 bathroom home with such a great location you're truly in the heart of it all!  
  
This home offers a unique experience that will make your stay unforgettable whether you are in town for business or pleasure! Its open-concept design, sophisticated high-end furnishings, and contemporary/modern decor create a comfortable and enjoyable stay for the entire family.  
  
Upon entering the home, you'll be welcomed by the spacious living area with large windows exposing the beautiful views outside. This space is filled with natural lights and provides a comfortable and airy atmosphere while watching on our 85" TV.  
  
The kitchen is a chef's dream, complete with beautiful marble countertops, premium appliances, an island with room for eating, and a custom backsplash. It has everything you need for those nights when you want to stay in and cook. The dining area is a great place to socialize and enjoy a delicious meal together.  
  
There are 3 bedrooms in this house, 2 on the 2nd floor and 1 on the 1st floor. On the 1st floor, there is a King-sized bed with an ensuite bathroom. The 1st bedroom on the 2nd floor is a master and has a king-sized bed with an impressive ensuite bathroom that has a very large walk in shower, free standing massive tub. The master also has a work space. The 2nd bedroom on this floor also has a king-sized bed with an ensuite bathroom. All of the bedrooms are very large and have 75 inch televisions.  
  
Equipped with a built-in BBQ and hot spring tub on the rooftop, this space is perfect for entertaining or simply relaxing while taking in the stunning views. This is one of the only homes in the area that offers views of both the Pacific Ocean on one side and Huntington Harbour on the opposite side, providing a truly unique and breathtaking perspective from inside the house and rooftop.  
  
An ensuite washer and dryer, high-speed WiFi, pack'n play, fireplace, and 2 free garage parking spaces are all provided during your stay! There is multiple parking space in front of the house and next to the house that are public parking.
