« Das Zimmer war groß, sehr sauber, alles neuwertig , modern und gut ausgestattet. Alles was wir brauchten, um uns ein kleines Frühstück zuzubereiten, war vorhanden. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einziger Minuspunkt war, dass wir die Heizung in der Nacht nicht runter schalten konnten. Es war zu warm zum Schlafen und wir konnten keinen Schalter finden. Die Fenster ließen sich aber zum Glück öffnen. »

« La chambre payée ne correspondait pas du tout à la description. J'ai pris une chambre deluxe (avec balcon et table afin de travailler/manger): j'ai eu le choix soit au balcon dans une toute petite chambre (203), soit à une table sans balcon (201). L'accès aux chambres se fait avec un trousseau de clés: 4 clés différentes pour accéder à votre chambre, impossible de s'y retrouver. Il fait très froid dans le bâtiment et dans les chambres; la douche se fera à l'eau tiède lorsque l'on est...

« En fait je n'ai pas séjourné dans l'hôtel malgré la réservation, car les informations portées sur le site hotels.com étaient fausses. L'emplacement (ville) de l'hôtel ne correspondait pas avec mon besoin. Je m'en suis aperçu en arrivant sur place, donc je suis reparti sans entrer et ai cherché un autre hôtel proche de mon besoin. Bref première mauvaise expérience avec hotels.com qui jusqu'à ce jour fut proche de la perfection »

« hôtel très éloigné du centre ville a éviter quand on a pas de voiture, car aucun bus n'y passe. Pour ce qui est de la vue sur la Mer du nord, il' s'agit en fait de la vue sur les installations de la zone de déchargement du gas liquide On voit donc des methaniers, des pontons et des câbles... Enfin, les Brötchen décongelés au petit déjeuner sont assez décevants La sauna est par contre agréable et accessible sans surcoût. Pas de bouilloire dans la chambre individuelle. »
