HOUSE RULES  
We kindly ask you to read our house rules carefully and keep them in mind during your stay.  
1\. No parties or events allowed. (Penalty Fee)  
2\. No smoking allowed. (Penalty Fee)  
3\. No pets allowed.  
4\. Suitable for toddlers and children under 12.  
5\. No unregistered guests allowed.  
6\. Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.  
7\. Please respect the noise curfew.  
8\. Please turn off the AC when you go out.  
9\. Please respect check-in and check-out times.  
10\. Please take extra care of your keys. Lost or broken keys incur a replacement fee of $50\. If lock need to be replaced it will also be charged. (If it applies)

Great location -many restaurants and other businesses on first floor(Palmanova Plaza) - just take the elevator- 5 minute drive to tennis Courts - golf course and marina visible from balcony. Very good value

#### Beautiful View

Walking into the condo I was greeted with a fresh clean smell. The condo was clean and had a beautiful view from both the living room and master bedroom. We spent two days sitting on the balcony enjoying the ocean breeze and view. There were a few issues, but the owner was quick to respond. The washer machine was still leaking and is very old. The owner accommodated us by having fresh towels brought during our stay. It was reassuring to have the owner in constant contact. The location was perfect! Having a store and restaurants on the ground floor made it easy to enjoy ourselves without having to drive any where..

#### Bathroom with a tub is dangerous for a person with mobility cognitions.

Bathroom tub is not safe for persons with mobility conditions. Curtains are not allowed to sleep in the morning due to the clarity. Elevator in front of the apartment needs maintenance.
