With a spacious bedroom boasting two comfy queen-sized beds, a fully equipped kitchen for all your culinary adventures, a cozy dining area, and a welcoming living room, you'll feel right at home. Unwind on the relaxing patio or take a quick two-minute stroll to the beach to soak up the sun and enjoy the gentle ocean breeze. Your slice of paradise awaits!  
  
The Space:  
Our condo unit in Palmas del Mar sounds like a fantastic getaway spot. It offers a comfortable and well-equipped living space with central A/C, ceiling fans, and reliable Wi-Fi, making it perfect for relaxing or staying connected. The master bedroom features two cozy queen beds with blackout windows, ensuring restful mornings.  
  
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials, including an oven, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker, making it easy to prepare meals. The bathroom comes with basic toiletries provided for your convenience. A washer/dryer is also available in the unit, which is a great bonus for longer stays.  
  
The location is ideal, just a short walk to the beach and close to local restaurants, beach bars, and other amenities. While the complex doesn’t have a pool, the proximity to the beach more than makes up for it. Plus, the electric BBQ on the patio adds a nice touch for outdoor dining.  
  
This condo offers a perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and beachside relaxation!  
  
Guest Access:  
Please note that the condo management strictly enforces a maximum occupancy of four (4) people per condo, including infants. If your group consists of four individuals, additional guests, whether friends or family, cannot be accommodated. However, if your group size is below this limit, you may invite additional guests, provided the total number does not exceed four.  
  
This policy is non-negotiable, and any violation may result in the termination of your stay without a refund. We kindly ask that you consider this rule before making a reservation.  
  
Additionally, please be aware that Puerto Rico's power and water infrastructure has faced ongoing challenges since Hurricane Maria in 2017. Outages may occur sporadically and are beyond our control. While these interruptions are typically brief, they may last longer in some instances.  
  
We are proud to highlight the high-security standards of the condo complex. The premises are gated, and all visitors and residents are required to check in at the guardhouse for identification purposes, ensuring a safe and family-friendly environment.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
A $200 refundable security deposit is required as a protection against any potential damage. Our team will contact you after your booking is confirmed to arrange the payment. Deposit is released within 7 days post-checkout if no damage occurs.  
  
By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the listing information.
