The Hay Loft has a large open plan living area with vaulted ceiling, exposed beams, a wood burner and the hot tub in the garden is a great addition too!. Ground Floor:

Bedroom: Kingsize (5ft) Bed, Sofa Bed (Double) Ensuite: Toilet (Only). Ground source heat pump underfloor heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial fuel for wood burner included. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate available on request. Welcome pack. Front garden with sitting-out area, garden furniture and barbecue. Hot tub for 4 (private). Bike store. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. Located just a short 5-minute drive from the charming town of Hornsea, this stunning Grade II listed barn conversion promises a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. Upon stepping into The Hay Loft, you’ll be welcomed by a spacious living/dining room boasting a magnificent vaulted ceiling, exposed wooden beams, and a rich wood floor. The centrepiece is an elevated wood burner, creating a cosy ambiance for cooler evenings. French doors open onto a private garden with additional seating, a hot tub, and breath-taking views of the surrounding countryside. Open plan country-style kitchen, equipped with a range of appliances, making self-catering a breeze. A pretty house bathroom on the ground floor offers a relaxing bath with a shower over. Ascend the winding staircase to the first floor, where you’ll find the master suite with a king-size bed and double sofa bed for additional guests/children; this can be configured to suit your preference. This level also includes a convenient en-suite toilet and sink room. Luxurious soft furnishings and panoramic views of the open countryside enhance the overall experience.  
  
While The Hay Loft offers a peaceful and private retreat, the vibrant town of Hornsea, with its sandy beaches, Victorian Promenade, Hornsea Mere, and the shopping haven of Hornsea Freeport, is just a short 3-mile drive away. For those seeking more adventure, the bustling town of Beverley, known for its shopping, golf courses, and horse racing events all within easy reach.
