The room was small but lovely and clean with all you need and the bed and bedding were very comfortable! It was noisy at night but it will be until the bar downstairs closes! Access after that was through a gate and stairs at the side, not a problem. Central location as it is just around the corner from the Ferens Art Gallery, the Hull Maritime Museum and within walking distance of many shops and dining options. An excellent value! Down stairs is a pub which could do with a refurb ... breakfast is served at this hotel, although I did not have mine, so cannot comment ... however no other food is served here.
