Unit Layout  
The vacation property is a 3-room semi-detached house with 130 square meters of living space spread across two levels. On the ground floor, you will find a stylish and cozy living/dining room spanning 38 square meters, complete with a Scandinavian wood stove and satellite TV (flat screen). The living/dining room provides access to a terrace. Additionally, the ground floor features a large, open kitchen measuring 15 square meters, equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a separate WC on this level.  
  
Amenities Included  
The vacation property offers a range of amenities to enhance your stay. These include a barbecue (portable), terrace furniture, deck chairs (2), and a box-room. Additionally, you'll have access to an iron, children's high chair, hair dryer, and free WiFi internet. The property is pet-friendly, allowing you to bring your furry companions along. The maximum capacity accommodates six guests, with two bedrooms and one bathroom available.  
  
Other Information  
The upper floor of the property features a walk-through room spanning 22 square meters, with sloping ceilings and accommodations for one double bed (120 cm, length 200 cm) and two sleeping facilities (180 cm, length 200 cm). There is also a separate room measuring 16 square meters, also with sloping ceilings, and a double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). The property boasts a large terrace spanning 20 square meters and a small patio of 6 square meters. Please note that this is a non-smoking house, and a smoke alarm is installed. As an alternative to the walk-through room with four beds, there is a double sofa bed (160 cm, length 200 cm) available in the living/dining room. The entrance area, measuring 12 square meters, includes office furniture and provides access to the upper floor. Additionally, a water bed is available, offering two sleeping possibilities in the walk-through room.
