Vy and An are absolutely outstanding staff at Indochine Hotel. Their help during my stay was invaluable, and they went above and beyond to make everything smooth and enjoyable. Warm, friendly, and always professional, they truly made my experience memorable. The breakfast was excellent, and the room was very clean and comfortable.

Excellent customer service. Our room was cleaned and made twice, towels were changed twice daily. Room is spacious and nicely decorated. The most comfortable bed& pillows on earth. Enjoyed sparkling swimming pool. Breakfast is unbelievable with the amount of delicious food and choices. They really spoiled us.

The Indochine truly gave a palace experience. Included breakfast was excellent, facilities were pristine and the room (ours was on the 13 floor) was amazing, complete with balcony, living room and live orchids. The location was an easy 15 to 20 minute walk to the area with lots of restaurants and bars and of course Grab always delivered a car within minutes. Highly recommend!

Clean Room-Exceptional staff-Beautiful Property -Great Location for getting to the sights and train with short taxi ride though just Ok for walking around due to traffic and limited sidewalk space. The staff was exceptional. Vy helped tremendously in assisting with logistics to maximize our limited time in Hue. Alice at the phenomenal buffet was very attentive and friendly through out our hours long feast:) Tranquil refreshing ( chilly at night) pool and lovely Saunas , steam and hot stone, within impeccably clean expansive shower area with helpful attendant. We wish we had more nights to enjoy our stop at Indochine Palace.

We have traveled Vietnam extensively the last few months. This is the best hotel we have stayed at. The amenities were fantastic, the food was great (loved the breakfast buffet) and the crème de la crème was the customer service. Everyone knew us and were helpful beyond good customer service. We utilized the laundry services, the turn around time and prices were great- the sense of urgency (unprompted) was especially appreciated. I highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent Room and service. We were treated better than the emperors. Breakfast was wonderful, the shower is so relaxing and the bed really comfortable. We were only there for a night but it was worth to catch up on some sleep. The only thing for us was that the gym was a bit outdated but it’s not the end of the world to us. Thank you for the wonderful stay.
