Elle regarde son employé qui est juste à côté et lui demande d’aller changer le lit. Pas d’excuses, pas d’offre de nous changer de chambre. If you just need a place to stay for a couple of nights while you do a Broadway Marathon, this hotel does the job (it's run down, not dirty). Also, did not appreciate to be charged 5 USD by the bell captain to hold an Amazon package that had been delivered ahead of my arrival.
