Indoors, the upgrades at Quiet Fairways present multiple levels for family fun. The main level provides a TV, and comfy sofas are ready for great spectator sports. The basement has a beautiful workspace for those who can't wait for tasks. The relaxing basement offers games, a TV, and a kitchenette. Be prepared to enjoy ample indoor seating options when socializing and lounging are both a priority. The living room at Quiet Fairways boasts vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, and a coffee nook. Just off the living room, the dining room hosts a table that can accommodate the whole group. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner can be cooked to taste in a kitchen that includes stainless steel appliances and a granite central island with barstool seating. The large laundry room is well equipped for handling messes from a day at the community pool or golf course. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program.
