Kitchen fan makes noise.Walk to the dock is very poor, steps/walkway, crooked/falling apart. For someone who is an upper Amputee there is no railings, specifically you have to walk down the steps from your car and walk up the steps to get in the house with no railings whatsoeverThe house is definitely not as shown in the pictures. Nice beach making it easy for little ones to get into the water. Dock was great for fishing. Only issue was that the kitchen supplies were poor. Love that it is dog friendly with built in gates on deck and dock and dog crates available for when we went out boating. Plenty of room for family of 6; well stocked kitchen; comfortable furniture. TVs in every room, but we didn't use them once - too much to do on the lake! Walkable to Mitchell's Point Marina - we rented a boat from them - super nice owners. Kids had a great time.
