Come enjoy a spacious, airy, 1 bedroom condo, at Mariners Landing. Perfect for a couple or small family. The pull out couch accommodates two children comfortably or one adult. The balcony overlooks the restaurant patios, pool, hot tub, and fire-pit, as well as the beach, and last but not least, the lake and its breathtaking mountains. Mariners Landing has 3 pools, 2 hot tubs, 6 tennis and pickle ball courts, paved walking trails and much more!!
We are also very pleased that The Landing restaurant has relocated and is now here on our property for all of us to enjoy. EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMAL POLICY
we charge the pet fee for ESA’s, unless it is a SERVICE DOG. ESA’s are excluded from NOT paying the fee by VIRGINIA law. This law is pertaining to hotels and short term condominium rentals, and is not subject to the fair housing act.

We enjoyed our stay. The views didn't disappoint! The property is exactly as listed. Has everything you needs, very well stocked with the essentials. Easy to navigate to. Awesome stay!!

This is a great condo and such pleasant place to stay. The condo was spotless and I felt like I was staying at a friend’s place. The furnishings. Were top rate and so homey. The owner was the best , and on top of any need or problem you might encounter. I highly recommend this unit.

The property was as described, well-kept, in a good location with a nice view of the lake. Communication with the hosts was excellent, check in was easy, bed was comfortable, bathroom and kitchen were clean. Parking was available.

Cosy lake rental

The interior is cozily decorated without being too much. A well-stocked pantry of oil etc. and a lovely view made this easy to live in. We appreciated the ceiling fan on the balcony which made it pleasant and bug free!

First visit to Smith Mountain Lake

We so enjoyed our stay at SML and Allison’s beautiful condo made it even more special. Everything was tastefully decorated, with no detail missed!! The kitchen is thoughtfully set up with everything you need to make a meal. The bed was excellent and coming from this very picky sleeper, that’s saying a lot! It was just right for us and the sheets were the softest!! There’s even a phone charger already beside the bed! Just perfect. Morning coffee on the cutely decorated balcony is a must. The view out the sliding door was beautiful!! There’s a nice walking path around the lake front and a small beach with a roped off place for kids to play in the water. There’s a pool too but wasn’t open yet but it was a very nice size. We did the Virginia date lake cruise which we loved. Then afterwards there’s a bar/pub (the beacon) there with live music that was so much fun!! We will definitely be back!!

Fantastic getaway

This condo was even better than we expected. It has what has to be one of the most fabulous views in Virginia. Everything was so well supplied and inviting. The balcony overlooking the lake was so cozy and inviting that we ate all our meals there instead of going out. It is situated right near tha state park which has great walking trails right down to the Lake. The owner was so helpful with all our questions. We live only an hour away so i think we have found our retreat place!

This wonderful condo is a must to rent

This resort is great. The host Allison was quick to answer any questions,very helpful and kind. The condo is well decoratedamd stocked. She provided so many things in the pantry in addition to coffee sugar and spices. There is an air fryer offered for cooking meals in the lovely kitchen. It was very clean, with a comfortable bed and super soft sheets, Her gift of hospitality shows with the offer of games,books,kid books and a balcony heater for chilly nights. This is a must to rent. We will certainly be back.

Slice of heaven on the lake

Beautiful condo on smith mountain lake. The porch is lovely as is the entire place. The amenities at Mariners makes it so easy to grab dinner at the Landing, use the day slips if you have / rent a boat, great little store/market for all the essentials. Owners were super friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
