We received VIP treatment throughout our stay and cannot compliment the staff highly enough. Besides the 5-star service, the 6-star breakfast buffet menu was simply unsurpassable. The entire resort exudes quality and style, where modern architecture sits among swathes of luxuriant greenery, with an impressive swimming pool as its centrepiece. Everything looks like the pictures, which is quite rare in my opinion. Everything was very clean and nice. Pool area was great. The beach is not that great and not really a place you wanna lie down in the wet sand, but most resorts on koh samui have these wet sand beaches because of the high tide. Didn’t really matter much, pool are was nice and we could just go swim in the ocean and then back to the pool area to relax. Location is quite remote though, there’s a couple of restaurants close by but they are not that great, it wasn’t really an issue for us. Equipped with 1 F&B restaurant, gym and long stretch of pool. It's quiet and we enjoy the drive in & out from Hotel to the city. Car is definitely recommended as the location is a distance away to the city. Extensive buffet breakfast and we love the juice station. Very comfortable bedding but the housekeeping missed out our room on one of the days.
